Stag Motors Logo

Stag Motors Logo

Stag Motors Logo is a meticulously crafted visual identity design that exemplifies the quintessential American automotive aesthetic of the 1950s and 1960s, reimagined for contemporary application. This sophisticated badge-style logo harmoniously combines vintage design elements with modern sensibilities, featuring a thoughtfully composed arrangement that incorporates distinctive typography and strategic use of muted blue and gold colorways. The design's architectural framework is enhanced by peripheral gold stripes that symbolize motion and velocity, paying homage to the rich heritage of American muscle car culture while maintaining contemporary relevance. Created through an extensive 35-hour development process that began with traditional pencil sketches and culminated in vector-based digital refinement using Adobe Illustrator, the logo demonstrates exceptional versatility in its ability to maintain visual integrity across various applications, from business cards to large-format displays. The design, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design category, showcases a masterful balance between ornate badge-style detailing and streamlined simplicity, effectively communicating both heritage and dynamism. The logo's vector-based construction at 3600 x 3600 dimensions ensures optimal scalability without quality degradation, while its carefully selected color palette and typography evoke the authentic character of mid-century American automotive design.
