Stacked Villa In Xingtai No. 1 Yard Model Room Design

Stacked Villa in Xingtai No. 1 Yard Model Room Design is an innovative interior design project located in the high-value Xindu District of Xingtai City, Hebei Province, China, completed in 2022. This avant-garde residential model room design, created by Yi Tao, represents a sophisticated interpretation of contemporary urban living through its pioneering architectural and interior design elements. The design's distinctive approach involves a strategic reconfiguration of the original space, notably eliminating a bedroom to expand the living area, creating an immediate sense of spaciousness and enlightenment upon entry from the elevator. The project employs premium materials including white lacquer plates, marble stone plates, wood finishes, leather, and black mirror steel to achieve its luxurious aesthetic. Through clever architectural solutions, such as arc streamlines that conceal structural elements like lintels and air conditioning units, the design achieves a seamless spatial flow while maintaining structural integrity. The project, which earned the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional creativity in combining forward-looking imagination with urban context, expressing a unique design language that resonates with contemporary living standards while maintaining a detached yet harmonious relationship with its urban surroundings. The design's success lies in its ability to analyze and respond to current lifestyle insights of improved housing, resulting in a space that not only enhances comfort and luxury but also contributes to the evolution of residential design in rapidly developing urban areas.
