Stack Of Sensation Residence

Stack Of Sensation Residence

Stack of Sensation Residence is an exemplary residential interior design project that masterfully embodies the principles of Art Deco style while incorporating contemporary design elements. Located in Taichung, Taiwan, this 116-square-meter residence showcases an innovative approach to spatial organization, featuring a harmonious blend of living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, storage room, and three balconies. The design's distinctive characteristic lies in its sophisticated material palette, combining marble, terrazzo, MDF dense board, and herringbone patterns to create a modern yet timeless aesthetic. The public spaces demonstrate exceptional design acumen through rational arrangement and sensual elements, utilizing geometric lines and craftsmanship to express the essence of Art Deco style. The project addresses spatial challenges through intelligent design solutions, particularly in managing low crossbeam constraints, resulting in precisely proportioned spaces that maintain visual height and openness. The integration of floor-to-ceiling windows maximizes natural light, while the thoughtful selection of materials, including natural textured marble for the main TV wall, creates a refined atmosphere. This design, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in residential interior design through its meticulous attention to spatial flow, material selection, and functional optimization, successfully creating an environment that enhances family interaction while maintaining aesthetic sophistication.
