Square Warehouse Lounge Bar is an innovative architectural transformation project that reimagines a former motorcycle service center into a sophisticated multi-functional hospitality venue, exemplifying adaptive reuse in contemporary interior design. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning establishment, spanning 9,900 square feet, seamlessly transitions from a daytime restaurant to an evening lounge and nightclub, showcasing an ingenious approach to space utilization and acoustic engineering. The design philosophy centers on minimalist material selection, with exposed brick walls positioned at calculated angles to create subtle texture, complemented by black ceiling treatments featuring 3D MDF boards that conceal technical infrastructure. The venue's distinctive features include a strategically positioned main bar, a mezzanine level housing VIP sections connected by a bridge, and a thoughtfully designed VVIP area overlooking the main dance floor. The interior architecture employs a sophisticated material palette, incorporating black granite in chevron patterns amid rustic copper tiles, while the VIP section exhibits a more luxurious aesthetic through an interplay of shimmering black ACP and copper texture paint. The design addresses complex acoustic challenges through comprehensive sound insulation systems, including arma sound insulation, heat insulation panels, and strategic air gaps. The terrace sheesha lounge features an innovative landscape trellis design with a water feature wall that serves both aesthetic and practical purposes. The project, completed in 2018, demonstrates exceptional technical prowess in lighting design, which takes precedence over conventional interior elements, utilizing suspended LED tubes, coin lights, and 3D projectors to create dynamic atmospheric effects.
