The residential complex comprises six meticulously planned villas, each spanning four and a half floors, designed by architects Ching-Yen Chou and Chui-Jui Chiu. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, features a sophisticated composition of LOW-E laminated glass, Viscount White stone, and Japanese grille elements, creating a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior spaces. Each villa, constructed on a 975.2-square-meter base with 39% coverage, incorporates private gardens, penthouse terraces, and full-floor master bedrooms with abundant natural lighting. The architectural design emphasizes environmental consciousness with a 40% greening percentage, achieved through thoughtfully planned green corridors featuring Subcostate Crape Myrtles and balcony vegetation. The buildings' aesthetic is characterized by its bookcase-like architectural imagery, where wood grilles, transparent glass elements, and stone textures create perfect proportions that respond dynamically to changing light conditions. Notable features include high-ceiling first and second floors, private elevators, and hotel-like luxury master bedrooms with four-piece bathrooms.
