Speach Speaker

Speach Speaker is an innovative wireless audio device that seamlessly integrates natural materials with modern technology, designed by Azam Eskandari and Mohammad Eskandari. This sophisticated portable speaker, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Digital and Electronic Device Design category, features a distinctive woven bamboo fiber body inspired by organic forms and indigenous craftsmanship. The design harmoniously combines sustainable materials with contemporary functionality, incorporating a seamless bamboo fiber exterior and anodized aluminum base. Standing 60mm in height with a 100mm diameter, the speaker's form draws inspiration from natural shapes, particularly the donut peach, resulting in a sculptural presence that doubles as an aesthetic object when not in use. The device features intuitive volume control through a tactile disk interface, complemented by illuminated rim indicators, and offers wireless connectivity with multi-room capabilities. Its eco-conscious construction addresses the environmental challenges typically associated with electronic devices, utilizing renewable bamboo fibers and recyclable aluminum components to minimize ecological impact. The speaker's development, spanning from May 2016 to February 2018, focused on creating a versatile audio solution that maintains cultural connections while meeting modern technological demands. The design successfully bridges the gap between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary electronics, offering high-quality sound reproduction while serving as a statement piece that harmonizes with various interior settings. The Speach Speaker exemplifies how sustainable materials and thoughtful design can create products that enhance both the acoustic and visual environment of living spaces while maintaining environmental responsibility.
