Soaking In Verdure Residential House

Soaking In Verdure Residential House

Soaking in Verdure Residential House is an exemplary architectural and interior design project completed in 2018, located in Zhubei City, Taiwan, that masterfully integrates natural elements with contemporary living spaces across 287 square meters. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning residential project showcases a sophisticated blend of European architectural influences and modern design sensibilities, characterized by its extensive use of glass facades that create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The design's distinctive feature lies in its innovative approach to incorporating verdant surroundings into the living experience, where large windows deliberately blur the boundaries between interior and exterior environments. The residence employs a refined material palette, including white Carrara marble and vintage-style wooden herringbone floors, which establishes an elegant aesthetic foundation. The interior space is articulated through a harmonious color scheme of sweeping white surfaces accented with grey tones and warm wooden elements, creating a composed and sophisticated atmosphere. The building's exterior demonstrates a moderate classic European-style façade, where white walls are thoughtfully embellished with brown accents to create striking visual contrasts. This design achievement particularly stands out for its successful balance between aesthetic composition and environmental consciousness, incorporating innovative experimental approaches that seamlessly integrate technology with lifestyle requirements. The project's attention to detail extends to its lighting design, which transforms the space as daylight transitions to evening, while maintaining its welcoming ambiance and functional efficiency. Recognized for its excellence in Interior Space and Exhibition Design at the A' Design Award competition, this residential project exemplifies how thoughtful architectural design can enhance the quality of daily living while maintaining a strong connection to its natural surroundings.
