The design, created by Tiger Pan and Dong Yan, features a distinctive hexagonal emblem that symbolizes a snowy world, drawing inspiration from the poetic line Snow falls in Changan and the architectural grandeur of Taihe Palace. The packaging design, which won the Silver A' Design Award in the Packaging Design category, employs the unique Marrs Green color through spot-color printing techniques, setting it apart in the competitive beer market. The comprehensive design system encompasses three distinct container formats: a 500ml aluminum can (66mm x 167mm), a 355ml aluminum bottle (60mm x 188mm), and a 500ml glass bottle (60mm x 230mm). The intricate design narrative incorporates elements of sport, travel, and nature, creating a visual story that resonates with consumers through snow-related associations. The mosaic-style illustration at the lower portion of the design depicts a serene winter scene, achieving a remarkable balance between detailed artistry and panoramic appeal. This packaging design project, completed between July and September 2017, demonstrates exceptional innovation in its approach to cultural identity representation, successfully differentiating the brand through its sophisticated use of Chinese design elements while maintaining modern appeal.
