Smart Display Wheel

Smart Display Wheel

Smart Display Wheel is an innovative automotive technology that integrates advanced display capabilities into vehicle wheels, representing a significant advancement in automotive design and functionality. This sophisticated system employs no-screen display technology to project naked-eye 3D images directly from the wheel surface, creating a dynamic visual interface that serves multiple purposes including advertising, safety warnings, and vehicle condition monitoring. The design incorporates LED plug-in units seamlessly integrated with the wheel structure, featuring a piano black paint finish with bright surface treatment that emphasizes sporty, dynamic lines while maintaining structural integrity. Operating through a speed-adaptive matching algorithm, the system intelligently adjusts its display based on vehicle velocity - presenting flowing light patterns at speeds below 20 km/h and transitioning to 3D image projections at higher speeds. The wheel's dimensions of 680 x 300 x 680mm are carefully calculated to ensure optimal performance while maintaining vehicular safety standards. This groundbreaking design, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in the Vehicle Parts, Auto Accessories and Care Products Design category, represents a convergence of traditional automotive engineering with cutting-edge digital display technology. The system's ability to respond to driver preferences and vehicle conditions while offering personalized visual experiences marks a significant step forward in human-vehicle interaction, addressing the growing demand for smart, personalized automotive components in the era of vehicle modernization.
