This Silver A' Design Award-winning structure, designed by Ghiath Al Masri, occupies a 600-square-meter plot and rises three floors above ground level, reaching 16 meters at its highest point. The residence's distinctive feature lies in its harmonious fusion of concrete, steel, and wood, creating a dynamic visual dialogue between opacity and transparency. Floor-to-ceiling windows serve as a primary architectural element, thoughtfully protected by strategically positioned concrete slabs that ensure privacy while maintaining an open, airy atmosphere. The design incorporates multiple garden spaces, including a 140-square-meter ground-level garden and a second-floor terrace garden, establishing a seamless connection between interior and exterior environments.
