Sina Staff Home,Beijing Corporate Space

Sina Staff Home,Beijing Corporate Space is an innovative corporate wellness and community facility spanning 3000 square meters, designed to serve as a comprehensive recreational and lifestyle hub for over 6000 staff members. This thoughtfully conceived space, designed by Vinck Vai of Drawing Design, represents a revolutionary approach to corporate facility design by creating a fluid, boundary-free community environment that seamlessly integrates various functional areas for work-life balance and employee wellbeing. The facility incorporates multiple zones including fitness amenities such as a yoga room, gymnasium, indoor jogging track, and basketball court, alongside lifestyle services such as a supermarket, laundry facilities, and beauty salon. The design's distinctive feature lies in its sophisticated blend of cool and warm color palettes, creating visually dynamic environments that enhance the spatial experience. Completed in January 2018 in Beijing, China, this Bronze A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design category exemplifies excellence in corporate space planning through its innovative integration of communal areas, including coffee shops, bookstores, nostalgic classrooms, and symposium spaces. The design philosophy emphasizes creating independent yet interconnected spaces that promote both social interaction and personal wellness, featuring specialized areas such as mother and infant rooms, internet cafes, gaming zones, and stress release spaces. The project's success lies in its ability to transform a traditional corporate environment into a vibrant, multifunctional community space that supports both professional and personal aspects of employees' lives.
