The interior design, created by Hsiao-ching Hu, features distinctive dark green tones and strategic architectural elements, including central columns that effectively partition the space into functional kitchen and seating areas. The design's sophisticated approach incorporates inverted L-shaped layouts that optimize traffic flow while maintaining an intimate dining atmosphere. Notable design elements include frosted glass windows that create an ethereal effect of moonlight filtering through forest canopy, custom organic paint treatments on the floor simulating flowing streams, and gypsum-textured walls that evoke weathered mountain surfaces. The space is enhanced by carefully positioned belt lighting and hand-crafted lamps, while acrylic mirrors suspended from the ceiling create subtle light reflections that mirror natural phenomena. The establishment's innovative features extend to its practical considerations, incorporating folding windows that open horizontally to ensure proper ventilation and customer safety, particularly relevant during pandemic conditions.
