SideKick Notebook Notebook

SideKick Notebook Notebook is an innovative stationery design solution that seamlessly integrates traditional note-taking with modern digital workspaces. This groundbreaking notebook features a distinctive L-shaped configuration when opened, specifically engineered to wrap around the corners of laptops, tablets, and other rectangular devices, establishing a harmonious coexistence between analog and digital tools. Created by Turkish designer Tan Mavitan, this sophisticated writing implement consists of 160 sheets of premium 90gsm paper with a dot grid layout, encased in a durable fabric hardcover measuring 21.5x8.5 centimeters. The notebook's revolutionary design eliminates the common challenge of space management on desks by avoiding the need to position traditional notebooks either beneath or above keyboard areas. Its ergonomic form factor represents a thoughtful response to the contemporary workplace's evolving needs, where digital devices and traditional note-taking methods frequently intersect. The design's exceptional functionality and innovative approach to solving modern workspace challenges earned it the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Art and Stationery Supplies Design category, recognized for its contribution to advancing the boundaries of traditional stationery design. This recognition underscores the notebook's significance in bridging the gap between conventional writing tools and digital workspaces, offering a practical solution for professionals who rely on both mediums for their daily tasks.
