Shinsun Majestic Mansion Landscape Design

Shinsun Majestic Mansion Landscape Design is an exemplary modern landscape architecture project that masterfully integrates ecological principles with contemporary aesthetic sensibilities, covering an expansive area of 3,197 square meters. This sophisticated landscape design, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Landscape Planning and Garden Design category, demonstrates exceptional innovation in creating diversified social experiences and multifunctional living spaces. The design's distinctive approach employs restrained design language, thoughtful use of negative space, and strategic layout planning to achieve a harmonious balance between modern simplicity and natural elements. A notable feature is the innovative implementation of special matte glass and glass brick materials in the scenery wall, which creates compelling light and shadow interplay while embodying principles of simplicity, purity, and freedom. The project, completed in June 2020, showcases remarkable material contrast through the judicious use of black, white, and gray tones, effectively blurring urban boundaries through sophisticated lighting design. The landscape architecture particularly excels in its entrance design, where a specially crafted matte glass scenery wall extends the spatial perception and enhances the visitor experience. This award-winning design successfully addresses contemporary urban residential needs by creating an introverted, refined, and modern lifestyle space that seamlessly integrates artistic elements with practical functionality, while maintaining a strong focus on ecological sustainability and cultural resonance.
