Sheraton Bursa Hotel is an architecturally significant hospitality project that garnered international recognition through its innovative digital presentation and comprehensive architectural visualization. The project encompasses a sophisticated architectural animation that meticulously showcases various spaces including the lobby, conference facilities, main restaurant, wellness amenities, and accommodation units. Created by Turkish designer Ayhan Guneri, this architectural visualization project demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and technical prowess, utilizing advanced 3D modeling and rendering techniques to create a realistic representation of the hotel's spaces. The animation, which spans 4.30 minutes and consists of 6,750 frames, was developed over a four-month period using professional-grade software including 3ds Max, V-ray, and AutoCAD. The visualization process involved careful consideration of polygon optimization, detailed mapping, strategic lighting scenarios, and the incorporation of precise interior elements to achieve photorealistic results. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Movie, Video and Animation Design category in 2014, showcases innovative approaches to architectural visualization through its comprehensive coverage of diverse spaces including the executive lounge, fitness center, spa facilities, Turkish baths, and various room categories. The technical execution involved sophisticated rendering processes utilizing 16-core Xeon processors and 48GB RAM configurations, demonstrating the project's technological complexity and professional implementation.
