The design philosophy emphasizes the seamless connection between maritime sports culture and relaxation, utilizing ocean and marine sports themes throughout its sculptural elements and artistic displays. The interior design scheme incorporates sustainable materials such as bamboo finishes, complemented by Zen-style floral arrangements that create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The project, completed in 2015, demonstrates exceptional space optimization through its thoughtful control of spatial relationships and proportions, deliberately avoiding elaborate elevations to maintain spatial purity.
