This Silver A' Design Award-winning project, recognized in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, features a distinctive design inspired by the Calla Lily, symbolizing youth and rebirth, which is reflected in its unique tower form that opens at the top and northwest corner. The development encompasses a total gross floor area of 90,000 square meters and incorporates a dynamic seven-story retail podium characterized by organic-form boxes and cascading elements that create a vertical public realm. The architectural design seamlessly integrates sustainable features through abundant green spaces, including landscaped public areas, terraces in the podium, and green balconies along the tower's edge, establishing a healthy ecological environment.
