Located strategically near the Guanlan exit of Meiguan Highway on Shenzhen's north-south central axis, this 15,368.8-square-meter development serves as a gateway to the Yesun Science and Technology Park. The hotel's design concept draws inspiration from Shenzhen's historical evolution from fishing villages to a technology hub, incorporating elements of Lingnan culture and industrial-style metalwork to create a distinctive contemporary narrative. The interior design showcases meticulous attention to detail, particularly evident in the lobby's precisely engineered brick walls that maintain both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. The project emphasizes sustainability through extensive use of local green plants, environmentally conscious materials, and energy-efficient design elements such as floor-to-ceiling windows that optimize natural light utilization. The hotel's aesthetic successfully balances industrial civilization with humanistic care, presenting a modern interpretation of Shenzhen's urban heritage through sophisticated design vocabulary. This exceptional design achievement was recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2021, acknowledging its innovative approach to spatial design, material selection, and cultural integration.
