SHARING FEAST Business Lounge is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies sophisticated spatial design through its distinctive hexagonal motif and luxurious material palette. Located in Taipei, Taiwan, this 244-square-meter space represents a harmonious fusion of functionality and aesthetic excellence, designed to serve as both a corporate welfare facility and an exclusive entertainment venue. The design concept draws inspiration from ancient oriental royal banquets, incorporating a mysterious three-color scheme of black, blue, and gold to create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The space's most notable feature is its seamless integration of regular hexagonal patterns, symbolizing corporate unity and sustainable development, executed through premium materials including titanium-coated iron pieces, rusted mirrors, and imported leather. Despite challenges posed by low ceiling heights and technical requirements, innovative solutions were implemented, such as lightweight construction materials and sophisticated soundproofing techniques. The lounge's design philosophy emphasizes four key pillars: scene, quality, style, and uniqueness, manifesting in various zones dedicated to reception, friendship building, and wine tasting. The project, completed in January 2017, garnered recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its exceptional approach to spatial design and material innovation. The sophisticated use of mirrors transforms the space's limitations into advantages, creating an illusion of depth while facilitating natural light distribution throughout the interior.
