This five-floor converted villa, spanning approximately 1,000 square meters, represents a sophisticated interpretation of modern Chinese architectural elements, particularly notable for its innovative ceiling design featuring black painting and grey stainless steel plates that create an interplay of light through strategically placed gaps. The interior design, conceived by Liang Ding and Yuefeng Zhou, draws inspiration from the natural phenomenon of dawn, incorporating a thoughtful material palette of wood veneer, stainless steel, and carefully selected stone layouts that together craft a warm, spiritually uplifting atmosphere. The project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning across its 5000-square-meter total area, featuring distinctive design elements such as reinforced wood flooring, ceramic tiles, and custom furniture that collectively contribute to a sophisticated hospitality environment.
