Shanghai Qian Mo Fu Restaurant Interior Design

Shanghai Qian Mo Fu Restaurant Interior Design

Shanghai Qian Mo Fu Restaurant Interior Design is an exemplary architectural interior project completed in May 2022, situated in Shanghai's prestigious Bund district, that masterfully integrates natural landscape elements within an urban setting. This sophisticated design achievement, created by Hong Liu, spans 1500 square meters and demonstrates an innovative approach to contemporary Chinese restaurant design by seamlessly blending traditional materials with modern aesthetics. The design concept draws inspiration from mountains, forests, and valleys, creating a harmonious dialogue between natural elements and urban architecture. The interior's distinctive features include the use of rammed earth construction, a traditional and environmentally conscious material choice, complemented by contemporary elements such as water-patterned metallic panels and mirror installations that create dynamic spatial reflections. The design's color palette is anchored by classic oriental red, establishing an atmosphere of opulence and cultural significance. Notable technical achievements include the meticulous execution of rammed earth walls, which required extensive experimentation to achieve the perfect texture and color, while the innovative ceiling design incorporates diverse elements that maintain visual cohesion throughout the space. The project, which earned a Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in spatial planning, material selection, and cultural integration, creating an environment where urban sophistication meets natural tranquility.
