The compact dimensions of 70mm x 28mm x 44mm house a sophisticated charging system with magnetic alignment features, while the innovative rotating mechanism operates through precise 60-degree and 120-degree positions for accessing earphones and charging port respectively. The product's development involved extensive ergonomic research, analyzing data from over 500 users aged 18-35 to optimize the charging case's top curve and earphone contact points. Notable technical features include a zinc alloy shell with strategically reinforced sections to maintain structural integrity while preserving the design's sleek profile, braille-inspired non-slip textures on the earphones, and magnetic repulsion between earpieces to prevent misplacement during storage.
