Seamless Blank Interior House

Seamless Blank Interior House

Seamless Blank Interior House is an exemplary residential interior design project that masterfully demonstrates the harmonious integration of minimalist aesthetics with functional living spaces. Completed in 2018 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, this 224-square-meter residence was meticulously crafted to reflect the lifestyle of its inhabitants, a graphic designer and entrepreneur. The design philosophy centers on the innovative use of natural materials and thoughtfully preserved blank spaces, allowing the occupants to personalize their environment organically. At the heart of the design is a strategically positioned kitchen that serves as the home's central hub, featuring a unique surround view concept that enables parental supervision of adjacent living spaces. The project's material palette showcases sophisticated elements including white granite seamless flooring, Italian mineral painting, transparent glass, and white powder coating, all of which contribute to its refined aesthetic appeal. The long-form architecture is enhanced by the integration of Thuja plicata wood elements, particularly evident in the wall-to-ceiling treatments that create a warm atmosphere while maintaining spatial continuity. The design, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in spatial planning through its innovative approach to storage solutions and the thoughtful integration of natural materials. The project's success lies in its ability to balance aesthetic refinement with practical functionality, incorporating elements such as deep wood-toned storage units and custom-designed features that enhance daily living while maintaining visual harmony.
