The project encompasses 40,000 square meters of shopping center space and 25,000 square meters dedicated to retail operations, featuring a striking architectural facade that spans 16,000 square meters and incorporates a newly added 7,000-square-meter ETFE canopy system. The design's distinctive feature is its parametric facade pattern, derived from abstract topology shapes, which creates a unified visual identity throughout the complex. The facade employs triangulated aluminum panels with precisely calculated dimensions, complemented by fritted glass elements that echo brand identity elements. The innovative canopy design, supported by columns spaced at 16-meter intervals, creates a wave-like form that emphasizes entrance points and provides weather protection for pedestrians. The renovation strategy cleverly utilized existing structural elements while implementing new design features, demonstrating exceptional technical prowess in working within budget constraints and structural limitations. The project, which received the Silver A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, showcases advanced technological integration through its parametric design approach and innovative use of materials.
