SCE Jinan Parkview Bay Sales Center

SCE Jinan Parkview Bay Sales Center

SCE Jinan Parkview Bay Sales Center is an exemplary interior design project located in Zhangqiu, Jinan, that masterfully integrates cultural heritage with contemporary design elements across its 700-square-meter space. This sophisticated sales center draws profound inspiration from its historical context as the hometown of Li Qingzhao, the renowned female poet of the Song Dynasty, creating an elegant environment that serves both commercial and cultural purposes. The design philosophy manifests through a harmonious blend of traditional Chinese elements and modern architectural features, incorporating misty landscape backdrops, bird totem frescos, and carefully placed red erythrina flowers that infuse vitality into the static space. The interior architecture employs multiple metal lines that create a neat, calm, and solid impression, while the thoughtful integration of bronze and black-white-grey color schemes introduces a contemporary sophistication. The space is further enhanced by soft curves and ink elements that add a layer of tenderness to the overall composition. Chinese classical elements are reimagined throughout the interior, creating an artistic atmosphere that encourages visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty of traditional landscape and poetry. The project, which was completed between June and August 2017, earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to spatial design and cultural preservation. The design successfully overcomes the challenge of balancing multiple stakeholder requirements while maintaining aesthetic coherence, resulting in a space that not only serves its commercial purpose but also acts as a cultural bridge between China's rich historical heritage and contemporary design sensibilities.
