San Pang Dan Melon Seed Gift Box

San Pang Dan Melon Seed Gift Box

San Pang Dan Melon Seed Gift Box is an innovative packaging design solution that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of aesthetic appeal and functional practicality in contemporary packaging design. This cylindrical gift box, measuring 303mm in diameter and 190mm in height, features a sophisticated dual-layer construction that cleverly incorporates the visual metaphor of a sunflower throughout its design elements. The exterior presentation showcases a meticulously crafted sunflower motif enhanced through the application of star film material and precise manufacturing processes, while the top is adorned with a premium faux leather handle that transforms the entire package into a portable sunflower-inspired carrier. The interior contains an ingeniously designed tinplate container split into two sections, abstractly representing a melon seed shape that, when combined, creates a complete sunflower pattern. This thoughtful bifurcation serves a practical purpose, allowing for the separate storage of melon seeds and their shells. The exterior employs a combination of four-color printing on the cover paper, featuring star film with distinctive bump effects and golden aluminum accents in the central area, creating a multi-textural experience that elevates the overall premium quality of the package. This design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Packaging Design category, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its material selection and manufacturing execution, successfully merging traditional gift-giving customs with modern design sensibilities.
