Samba Elite Brazilian BBQ Steakhouse Industrial Rustic Design

Samba Elite Brazilian BBQ Steakhouse Industrial Rustic Design is an innovative interior design project that masterfully combines industrial aesthetics with rustic elements to create an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This ambitious 26,000-square-foot establishment, completed in December 2015, showcases a sophisticated blend of cultural elements and architectural ingenuity, featuring tall ceilings with full-height rear windows that flood the space with natural daylight, complementing the textured concrete flooring. The centerpiece of the design is an oval-shaped preparation showcase that serves both functional and educational purposes, allowing patrons to observe and understand traditional Brazilian BBQ culture. The design philosophy emphasizes the harmonious integration of form and function, utilizing locally sourced and recycled materials including mild steel, reclaimed timber, and tempered glass to create an environmentally conscious yet luxurious dining environment. The space is strategically divided into distinct dining zones, including family areas, couple sections, a unique glass floor pool dining area, and private VIP rooms, while the upper floor houses various entertainment venues including karaoke rooms and an elite club. The color palette prominently features orange, symbolizing the vibrant spirit of Brazilian carnival culture, while various textures and patterns throughout the space reflect authentic Brazilian aesthetic elements. This Silver A' Design Award-winning project demonstrates exceptional innovation in spatial design, particularly in its response to local cultural preferences for status-enhancing dining spaces, while maintaining sustainability through the creative repurposing of materials for lighting fixtures and decorative elements.
