REGNUM CARYA HOTEL LOBBY Lobby is an exemplary architectural interior space that masterfully integrates natural elements and mythological references into its design composition. Located between the Mediterranean Sea and a verdant golf club space in Antalya, Turkey, this 1,800-square-meter lobby features a dramatic 25-meter-high atrium that creates an impressive sense of scale while maintaining human-centric design principles. The design concept draws inspiration from the Carya Illinoinensis (walnut tree), incorporating its leaf patterns into both two-dimensional surfaces and three-dimensional sculptural elements throughout the space. The lobby's innovative design employs a sophisticated combination of natural materials, including sustainably sourced wood and stone, adhering to LEED certification standards. A distinctive steel separator with intricate leaf patterns serves as a transitional element between the corridor and atrium, while an innovative lighting installation resembling water drops creates a dynamic visual connection between the ceiling and reception area. The space's circulation has been thoughtfully engineered to optimize flow and functionality, with particular attention paid to the strategic positioning of the reception desk within the dual-atrium configuration. The interior demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its execution of biophilic design principles, incorporating indoor green spaces that create a seamless transition between interior and exterior environments.
