Red Leaves Of The Fall Mountain Residential Apartment
Red Leaves of the Fall Mountain Residential Apartment is an exemplary residential interior design project located in Taichung City, Taiwan, completed in July 2019, encompassing 317 square meters of thoughtfully crafted living space. Designed by Shi-Zhe Lo, this sophisticated apartment interior masterfully integrates architectural aesthetics with functional living requirements, creating a harmonious balance between form and purpose. The design philosophy centers on the fusion of spatial aesthetics demonstrated through precise proportions, where strategic lighting enhances material qualities, and carefully selected furnishings create aesthetic resonance throughout the space. Notable features include an innovative entrance foyer with a suspended cabinet that addresses feng shui principles while defining the entryway, and a television wall in the living room that combines simplified lines with curved elements to create a soft spatial ambience. The project employs advanced technological solutions, such as electric glass film controlled via mobile applications, allowing residents to modulate privacy levels in the study area. The private spaces are thoughtfully oriented, with bedrooms positioned to maximize natural light exposure, while the master suite includes a changing room with floor-to-ceiling mirrors creating an illusion of infinite depth. The construction utilizes H-steel to support suspended marble elements, demonstrating technical prowess while maintaining visual fluidity. The ceiling design conceals complex infrastructure while incorporating various materials including titanium-plating, trims, and integrated lighting systems to create visual depth. This exceptional residential project, which won the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2020, exemplifies how contemporary interior design can elevate daily living through thoughtful spatial planning, material selection, and technological integration.
