Queen's Road Show Flat

Queen's Road Show Flat

Queen's Road Show Flat is an award-winning interior design project located in a prestigious top-floor office space in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, exemplifying a sophisticated fusion of British classical design elements with contemporary aesthetics. The 143-square-meter space, completed in 2017, masterfully combines two separate units and a lift lobby to create an exclusive executive environment that serves multiple functions, including a workspace, reception area, and specialized storage for wine and antique collections. The design's most striking feature is its open-plan layout complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the cityscape, drawing parallels to London's central business district aesthetics. The interior showcases an expertly curated material palette, incorporating classic chevron wooden flooring that seamlessly extends to the walls, creating a harmonious visual flow throughout the space. The sophisticated design scheme employs a careful balance of light wood tones, enhanced by champagne-gold metal accents and contemporary peacock blue fabric furnishings, demonstrating a refined approach to modern luxury office design. This exceptional project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, successfully overcame challenges of a compressed design and construction timeline while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and functionality. The space stands as a testament to innovative interior design that effectively balances professional requirements with personal luxury, creating an environment that serves both as a distinguished workplace and a sophisticated venue for hosting guests.
