Qiaoxin Holding Group Office is an exemplary modern corporate headquarters space located in Xiangmi Lake, Futian District, Shenzhen, encompassing 1,062 square meters of thoughtfully designed interior architecture that seamlessly integrates contemporary design principles with traditional Chinese cultural elements. Designed by Hihope Zhu and completed in 2019, this innovative office environment demonstrates a sophisticated approach to workplace design through its strategic division into distinct functional zones including reception, conference, exhibition, work, and leisure areas, all interconnected through carefully planned circulation paths that maintain both connectivity and independence. The design philosophy emphasizes clean lines, subdued color palettes, and considered lighting solutions, utilizing premium materials such as wood veneer, stainless steel, and marble to create a refined aesthetic environment. A notable feature is the reception area, where green bamboo shadows play across ground glass walls, while layered stone elements evoke mountainous landscapes, presenting Chinese architectural principles through a contemporary lens. The workspace design particularly excels in its attention to employee wellbeing, incorporating functional receptive design elements at workstations to facilitate comfortable break periods, demonstrating a deep understanding of modern workplace requirements.
