Qianhai MCC Technology Building Commercial Space is an innovative architectural project located in Shenzhen, China, distinguished by its unique design inspired by the elegant curves of fancy carp, translated into tall, straight lines that define the building's distinctive facade. This Silver A' Design Award-winning commercial development, completed in 2022, encompasses 6,700 square meters and features a sophisticated dual-building concept comprising a tower and podium structure. The tower building, positioned at the north end of the plot, serves as an architectural landmark and incorporates an ingenious spatial arrangement with four large office spaces at upper levels and six office areas at lower levels, crowned by an open working space offering panoramic views of the Qianhai zone. The podium building, independently designed yet complementary to the tower, integrates commercial and office spaces with a unique commercial display area featuring a terrace. The facade's sophisticated design employs folded plate surfaces in its middle and lower sections, creating dynamic light refraction patterns throughout the day, while utilizing double silver Low-e insulating tempered glass and aluminum plate curtain wall systems to ensure optimal performance. The structure adheres to 3-star green building standards through the use of high-performance concrete, high-strength rebar, and weather-resistant steel, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and durability in modern commercial architecture.
