PTT Branch Post Office

PTT Branch Post Office

PTT Branch Post Office is an innovative interior design concept that revolutionizes the traditional post office environment by seamlessly integrating postal and banking services within a single, user-friendly space. This architectural solution, implemented across a 220-square-meter ground floor area, represents a significant evolution in public service design, particularly focusing on improving customer experience and digital literacy. The design employs a sophisticated color-coding system to differentiate between postal and banking services, facilitating intuitive navigation for users of varying literacy levels. The interior architecture incorporates durable materials such as laminated MDF, glass panels, luxury vinyl tiles, and acrylic components, selected specifically to withstand high-traffic environments while maintaining aesthetic appeal. The design's minimalistic graphical language and soft contours create a welcoming atmosphere, departing from conventional governmental office aesthetics. This innovative approach to public service design, which won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional consideration for user experience through its ergonomic workstations, integrated technological solutions, and carefully planned customer journey paths. The design's success lies in its ability to modernize traditional postal services while accommodating new banking functionalities, creating a template that can be replicated across multiple locations while maintaining consistency in service quality and user experience.
