Power Of Meat Original Grilled

Power Of Meat Original Grilled

Power of Meat Original Grilled is an innovative interior design project that revolutionizes the traditional Japanese BBQ dining experience through a sophisticated fusion of architectural elements and brand storytelling. Located in Taipei's vibrant Ximending business district, this distinctive restaurant design, created by Hao Ching Shen, masterfully integrates volcanic motifs and electrical energy themes to create a dynamic dining environment. The spatial concept ingeniously incorporates the Chinese character for meat (肉) into its architectural framework, utilizing simplified lines that extend into lightning-shaped seating arrangements, creating a compelling visual narrative of meat being dramatically carved. The design employs a carefully curated material palette including wooden textures, golden panels, cast iron baking enamel, and strategic neon lighting to enhance the atmospheric dining experience. Notable design solutions include a 45-degree rotated entrance that maximizes spatial perception despite building constraints, covering a total area of approximately 516 square meters. The interior architecture features a spiritual wall adorned with volcanic and meat-themed illustrations, while triangular and mountain-shaped lines create distinct dining zones. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category demonstrates exceptional innovation in spatial planning, successfully combining Japanese BBQ aesthetics with contemporary design elements to create an immersive dining environment that appeals to both local youth and international tourists.
