The design, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design category, features a cleverly designed cotton canvas tote bag measuring 36cm by 41cm with double-sided printing, incorporating reimagined laundry care symbols adapted to address office politics in a humorous manner. The kit includes an ingenious instruction manual for colleague motivation, a specialized photo frame for social media engagement, and interactive elements that encourage workplace positivity. The design's strategic integration of practical functionality with emotional connectivity is exemplified through its reusable tote bag format, which serves both as a practical office accessory and a vehicle for the campaign's message. The project's implementation phase, spanning from October 2014 to February 2015, culminated in a comprehensive workplace wellness campaign that effectively merged physical design elements with digital engagement through the #postitforwardsg social media initiative.
