Poly The Sky Garden Sales Center
Poly The Sky Garden Sales Center is an innovative architectural project that exemplifies the evolution of modular building design in contemporary architecture, distinguished by its adaptable and sustainable approach to commercial space. Located in Putian, Fujian, China, this 300-square-meter structure represents a significant advancement in detachable sales center design, featuring a sophisticated combination of ultra-white glass and silver-white metal textures that create an ethereal floating effect above water. The design philosophy centers on the deconstruction of traditional sales center functionality through modular components, allowing for unprecedented geographic flexibility and site adaptability. The structure's innovative assembly system, utilizing specially designed screws and customized waterproofing measures, ensures both structural integrity and efficient reusability. Weighing 150 tons, the center employs a revolutionary steel pile foundation system that minimizes environmental impact during both installation and removal phases. The architectural language speaks to futuristic sensibilities while maintaining practical functionality, demonstrated through its embedded box design that can be efficiently disassembled and reconstructed at new locations. This groundbreaking approach to commercial architecture, which won the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, represents a significant advancement in sustainable architectural solutions, combining aesthetic excellence with practical mobility. The design's emphasis on transparency, reflection, and rational spatial organization creates a harmonious balance between contemporary aesthetics and functional efficiency, setting new standards for temporary commercial structures in urban environments.
