Poly Garden Sales Center To Promote Apartment Sales
Poly Garden Sales Center To promote apartment sales is an innovative architectural and interior design project located in Zhaoqing, in the western Pearl River Delta region of China, representing a sophisticated fusion of traditional Chinese cultural elements with contemporary design principles. The 950-square-meter presentation facility, completed in 2016, showcases a remarkable blend of Song Dynasty aesthetics and Corinthian classical architectural elements, featuring an impressive octagonal hall crowned by a 14-meter-high arched glass dome that serves as its centerpiece. The design draws inspiration from the historical significance of Duanzhou (now Zhaoqing) and the artistic legacy of Emperor Song Huizong, incorporating elements from his distinctive 'Shoujinti' calligraphy style into its architectural vocabulary. The interior space employs a refined color palette of black, grey, and white, derived from traditional Chinese calligraphy materials, while the structural design includes distinctive black metal brackets that create an illusion of elevation. The facility encompasses multiple functional areas, including a 210-square-meter central hall, a 104-square-meter model area, and a 93.6-square-meter bar area, all thoughtfully arranged to optimize visitor flow and presentation effectiveness. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, successfully overcomes architectural challenges through innovative solutions such as the integration of a skylight dome to enhance natural illumination, demonstrating exceptional attention to spatial planning and cultural sensitivity in commercial architecture.
