Poly Conghua Sales Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of cultural heritage and modern design aesthetics, situated in Conghua, a region renowned for its litchi cultivation. This 1,013-square-meter space transcends its primary function as a sales center by incorporating profound cultural narratives through its distinctive design elements. The centerpiece of the design is a large-scale litchi art installation that serves as both a symbolic and aesthetic focal point, crafted from plated metal and automotive-painted resin to create a memorable visual impact. The interior space features an sophisticated material palette including marble, metal, leather, and acrylic fibers, thoughtfully combined to create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The design philosophy draws inspiration from the local litchi fruit, interpreting its characteristics through triangular architectural elements and spatial arrangements that metaphorically represent the experience of peeling and discovering the fruit's essence. The space incorporates extensive bookshelves along its walls, contributing to a rich humanistic atmosphere while maintaining contemporary sophistication. The project, which was completed in May 2019, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its lighting design, utilizing metal and LED wall lamps to create ambient illumination that complements the overall aesthetic. The design has been recognized for its excellence, receiving the Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to spatial design and cultural integration.
