Poly Central Residence Sales Center

Poly Central Residence Sales Center

Poly Central Residence Sales Center is an exemplary architectural interior design project completed in December 2018, encompassing 900 square meters of meticulously crafted space that seamlessly integrates natural elements with modern design principles. Located in Yangjiang City, where mountains meet the sea, this sophisticated sales center showcases an innovative approach to spatial design through the creative use of interlaced concrete blocks that simulate coastal rock formations, effectively capturing the essence of time and tidal influences. The design, conceived by Chinese designer Guo Jie, demonstrates exceptional artistry in its interpretation of marine themes, incorporating abstracted forms inspired by water drops, jellyfish, octopi, and hippopotamuses. The interior's composition masterfully balances various materials including pure ceramics, textural stones, rigid metal, and soft leather, while employing a refined color palette of gray, white, and green to create visual depth. The space features customized elements such as innovative wall treatments, an architecturally significant ceiling, a distinctive reception counter, and thoughtfully integrated showcases, all arranged to establish a modern, elegant, and creative atmosphere. The project, which won the Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2020, is particularly noteworthy for its sophisticated lighting solution, where simple linear fixtures are seamlessly embedded within cabinets and walls to enhance the contemplative atmosphere. The design's success lies in its ability to create a poetic spatial experience that reflects the local context while providing visitors with an immersive environment that encourages reflection and embodies a sense of freedom.
