Poetry Of Time Residential

Poetry Of Time Residential

Poetry of Time Residential is an award-winning architectural interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of modern aesthetics with natural elements, completed in Shanghai between 2019 and 2021. This 1,200-square-meter residential space, designed by Haochen Su, represents a sophisticated interpretation of contemporary living environments through its innovative approach to spatial narrative and artistic expression. The design philosophy centers on the interplay between light and matter, incorporating elements from magic capital artistic style while maintaining a commitment to simplicity and refinement. The project's distinctive features include the use of premium materials such as volcanic stone, rock plates, ceramic tiles, copper plates, and wood veneer, all carefully selected to create a cohesive design language. Through geometric forms and natural narratives, the space creates a unique garden tour experience that transcends traditional boundaries between indoor and outdoor environments. The design's poetic construction methodology transforms the residence beyond mere functionality, establishing it as a conscious living space that reflects both aesthetic sophistication and practical comfort. This innovative approach earned the project a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, recognizing its excellence in spatial design and creative material application. The project's success lies in its ability to blur the boundaries between time and space while maintaining a strong connection to modernist principles, effectively creating an environment that serves not just as a living space but as a testament to contemporary architectural poetry.
