PLUS Q Cosmetic package is an innovative cosmetic packaging design that challenges the prevalent misconception of chemical-free products and chemophobia in the beauty industry through its distinctive laboratory-inspired aesthetic. Created by designer Beomjun Sohn, this conceptual package takes its form from the iconic Erlenmeyer flask, featuring a white conical body that pays homage to the elegant simplicity of laboratory equipment while making a powerful statement about the essential role of chemistry in cosmetic development. The design, measuring 32.00mm x 105.82mm x 160.85mm, incorporates a unique Q-shaped nozzle equipped with three orifices that effectively widens the mist dispersion range, demonstrating a harmonious blend of form and functionality. A notable design element is the bamboo-inspired grip, which symbolically bridges the connection between natural compounds and chemical compositions, reinforcing the message that all matter, including natural substances, is fundamentally chemical in composition.
