Planet Without The E Mini Planter Set
Planet without the E Mini Planter Set is an innovative and aesthetically refined modular planting system that exemplifies the intersection of modern architectural principles with functional interior design. Developed by Italian-based designer Yu Hiraoka, this sophisticated planter arrangement consists of a transparent plastic bowl and a colored plastic frame, meticulously crafted with dimensions of 80mm in diameter and 35mm in height for the bowl, complemented by a frame measuring 80mm in width, 62mm in height, and 80mm in depth. The design's conceptual foundation draws inspiration from stacking products and architectural geometries, manifesting as a harmonious combination of elemental forms that elevates the presentation of indoor plants and herbs. Distinguished by its versatile construction system, the planter enables users to experiment with various compositional arrangements through its separable components, offering both practical functionality and decorative versatility within domestic environments. The design philosophy emphasizes refined simplicity, paying particular attention to detail refinement to achieve a pure, minimalist aesthetic that resonates with contemporary interior spaces. This commitment to design excellence was recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to combining form and function. The planter set represents a thoughtful exploration of modern architectural aesthetics translated into everyday objects, incorporating research into geometric forms and their applications in interior accessories. Its development, spanning locations including Milan and Osaka, culminated in prestigious exhibitions at various international design events, demonstrating its global appeal and design significance.
