Phili Regency Club House Club House

Phili Regency Club House Club House is an innovative recreational facility design that exemplifies the seamless integration of interior and exterior spaces through sophisticated architectural solutions. Located in Chengdu, China, this 2,450-square-meter establishment represents a groundbreaking approach to basement space utilization, featuring a revolutionary glass curtain wall design that transforms traditionally dark underground spaces into light-filled environments. The design's most distinctive feature is its innovative use of glass as the primary façade material, enabling natural light penetration and creating a transparent visual experience that dissolves conventional boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. The facility encompasses multiple functional areas including a gym, yoga studio, and swimming pool, complemented by an sophisticated water treatment system that harmoniously connects interior and exterior waterscapes. A notable element of the design is the adaptable tea house at the basement level, which employs innovative vine curtain partitions that can be adjusted to create either intimate meeting spaces or open gathering areas. The project, completed in 2017, demonstrates exceptional consideration for environmental integration and user experience, incorporating both interior and exterior landscaping elements that work in concert with the architectural features. This sophisticated design approach earned recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Hospitality, Recreation, Travel and Tourism Design category, acknowledging its contribution to advancing recreational facility design standards and enhancing community living spaces.
