Phantox Pro Coffee Grinder

Phantox Pro Coffee Grinder

Phantox Pro Coffee Grinder is an innovative manual coffee grinding device that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of professional functionality and user-centric design, distinguished by its camera lens-inspired adjustment mechanism and advanced grinding technology. The device's most notable feature is its sophisticated adjustment dial, which operates on principles similar to camera lens apertures, offering 120 distinct settings within a single 360-degree rotation for precise grind control. At its core, the grinder employs a patented 45mm diameter Starblade burr system, featuring 160 specialized spikes designed to pierce coffee beans before cutting, significantly reducing compression during the grinding process and thereby enhancing both the sweetness and clarity of the resulting coffee. The grinder's construction showcases exceptional engineering precision, with a central shaft stabilized by three bearings maintaining a tolerance under 3 microns, while its all-metal casing, crafted through 5-axis CNC machining, exhibits refined mechanical aesthetics and durability. The device's innovative design extends to its practical functionality, incorporating 12 main settings, each subdivided into 10 finer notches at increments of 0.0167mm, enabling users to achieve optimal grind sizes for various brewing methods from espresso to cold brew. The grinder's enhanced efficiency is achieved through its optimized burr design, featuring a thinner outer wall and enlarged inner core that increases the grinding area by over 40 percent. This remarkable innovation in coffee grinding technology has been recognized with a Gold A' Design Award in the Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design category, acknowledging its exceptional contribution to the field of manual coffee grinding equipment.
