Persol Kelly HQ Hong Kong Office

Persol Kelly HQ Hong Kong Office is an innovative corporate interior design project completed in mid-2019, located in the Gateway, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, spanning an impressive 1300 square meters and accommodating 130 workstations. The design concept, crafted by Arthur Tang and Natalie Chan, draws inspiration from aviation aesthetics to symbolize global connectivity, particularly relevant for an international human resource company's workspace. The project masterfully addresses the challenge of low ceiling heights through the implementation of unique fiberglass ceiling features that create an illusion of enhanced vertical space while adding distinctive architectural elements. The interior design embraces a contemporary and minimalist approach, establishing a sophisticated and professional atmosphere that aligns with the corporate identity. The space planning demonstrates exceptional attention to flexibility and transformation capabilities, allowing for adaptive use of the environment. Notable design elements include dynamic and slick interior features that reinforce the aviation-inspired concept, creating a cohesive visual narrative throughout the space. The project's excellence in interior space design was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in 2021 in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative use of space, material selection, and functional layout design. The design solution successfully integrates professional requirements with aesthetic considerations, creating an environment that facilitates workplace efficiency while maintaining a strong visual identity.
