Passion Bathroom

Passion Bathroom

Passion Bathroom is an award-winning interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of contemporary aesthetics with philosophical elements, created by architect-designer Julia Subbotina. This sophisticated bathroom design, completed in 2012, masterfully incorporates the dualistic concept of Yin and Yang through its thoughtful material selection and color scheme, featuring contrasting natural marble in light and dark tones. The 5.3-square-meter space demonstrates exceptional space optimization through its radial bathtub design and custom-made furnishings, while the ceiling serves as a distinctive design element with its nacreous sparkle finish and premium Italian paint treatment. The interior showcases innovative lighting solutions through LED strip technology that offers customizable ambient lighting options, allowing users to adjust the atmosphere according to their preferences. The design's attention to detail extends to its carefully selected brushed chrome fixtures, accessories, and hardware, creating a cohesive visual narrative throughout the space. Notable features include an OpticWhite mirror with beveled edges, a multifunctional hydromassage tub that doubles as a shower stall, and a custom-designed stone sink with MDF cabinetry featuring Blumotion opening systems. The project, which earned recognition at the A' Design Award competition in the Interior Space category, represents a sophisticated approach to bathroom design that balances functionality with aesthetic excellence, incorporating underfloor heating, premium German fixtures, and thoughtfully concealed mechanical systems to maintain the space's elegant appearance.
