This Silver A' Design Award-winning structure, designed by Abraham Cherem in collaboration with a team of architects, exemplifies the evolution of industrial areas into modern commercial spaces while maintaining a strong connection to its industrial heritage. The building's distinctive design features a sophisticated structural system comprising black steel staples supporting mezzanine floors constructed from grid slabs, creating an impressive urban-scale portico along its longitudinal facades. Standing at dimensions of 28000 mm x 60000 mm x 33000 mm, the structure demonstrates exceptional functional and structural coherence through its thoughtful material selection of concrete, steel, and glass, materials that both honor the local industrial context and serve the building's contemporary office functions. A defining characteristic of the design is its central void, which connects all levels while providing natural illumination and facilitating social interaction.
