Palazzo Del Mare Residential House

Palazzo Del Mare Residential House

Palazzo del Mare Residential House is an exemplary residential interior design project located in Fisher Island, Miami, Florida, that masterfully demonstrates contemporary luxury living through innovative spatial design and sophisticated material selection. This 744-square-meter private residence, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases a harmonious blend of bold aesthetics and functional sophistication. The architectural narrative begins with a striking entryway featuring Calacatta floors, complemented by a dramatic stone waterfall and mirror installations, crowned with a technologically advanced satin glass ceiling suspended with metal rods and LED illumination. The interior design philosophy embraces an open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates various living spaces through a thoughtful progression of materials and a dynamic color palette, incorporating tones of camel, taupe, and brown, energized by strategic accents of green, red, and orange. The residence's distinctive features include custom-designed red glass wall sculptures that serve as artistic focal points throughout the space, particularly in the foyer, dining room, hallways, and living room. The master suite exemplifies technological integration with innovative features such as a rotating ceiling-mounted television and an infinity tub with mirror TV in the master bathroom. The home theater demonstrates acoustic excellence through leather-padded walls and a 100-inch plasma display. The project, completed in 2009, represents a significant achievement in modern residential design, where architectural elements, varied ceiling treatments, and premium materials including wenge wood, natural stone, and various marbles coalesce to create a sophisticated living environment that transcends conventional residential design paradigms.
