Opus One Sales Office is an innovative architectural interior design project completed in 2019, situated near the Qiantang River in Hangzhou's Binjiang Science and Technology City. This 1,300-square-meter space represents a harmonious fusion of natural elements and futuristic technology, conceptualized as a modern technological Ark. The design, created by Kris Lin and Jiayu Yang, masterfully integrates the surrounding ecological environment with contemporary technological aesthetics. The space features an array of wired glass screens that create a semi-transparent atmosphere, enhancing the sense of lightness and fluidity throughout the interior. A distinctive feature is the audio-visual room, designed to evoke the appearance of a spaceship, creating a surreal and creative environment. The reception hall incorporates a sophisticated waterscape that transforms the traditional concept of outdoor gardens into an interior landscape, emphasizing the connection between nature and built environment. The elevator hall showcases intricate geometric lines that create dynamic visual patterns through their overlapping arrangement, reinforcing the technological theme while maintaining spatial harmony. This exceptional design, which won the Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates outstanding innovation in spatial design, successfully bridging the gap between ecological sensitivity and technological advancement while serving its primary function as a sales office in a prominent high-tech business district.
