The project represents a paradigm shift from traditional industrial component-based construction to a seamless, non-standard protocol of customized fabrication, achieving remarkable aesthetic and functional cohesion through curvilinear continuity at both spatial and detail levels. The design employs sustainably sourced Finnish spruce plywood with non-toxic water-based adhesives, processed through a single 3-axis numeric command milling machine that executed over one million linear feet of precise cuts. Every visible element, excluding glass components, was fabricated as stacked sectional elements, demonstrating unprecedented control over architectural detailing, from custom-designed furniture to innovative ventilation solutions. The project's sophisticated parametric design approach allowed for real-time customization of spaces according to client needs, while maintaining minimal material wastage of approximately 10%, which was subsequently recycled.
